1. Definitions
“Pitchk” means the digital platform and service operated by ALWALEED KHALID ALKHLAIWI Establishment Commercial. “User” or “customer” means a person who visits the platform, creates an account, or requests an analysis. “Project” means the business, team, or idea to which a file relates.
“Content” means a deck, video, text, logo, or data submitted by the customer. “Analysis” means the structured classification, review, and evaluation process. “Report” means the resulting scores, findings, evidence, questions, and revision plan. “Processing start” means the point when the platform confirms payment or authorization and places the customized job into analysis.
2. Acceptance and order of documents
These Terms form part of our agreement when you use protected functionality, create an account, submit a file for review, or confirm purchase of an analysis. If you do not agree, do not start a paid analysis or use functionality that requires acceptance.
The Terms operate with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the order summary shown before payment. If an order summary conflicts with these Terms on the specific service or price, the more specific term presented and accepted at purchase applies, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
3. Service provider
ALWALEED KHALID ALKHLAIWI Establishment Commercial provides Pitchk. Public contact details are Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; support@pitchk.io; and +966 50 727 0897. The Pitchk brand is not a separate legal entity from the establishment.
We may use infrastructure, verification, processing, email, or payment providers to perform defined functions. This does not change the identity of the service provider in your contract unless a particular function clearly states otherwise.
4. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or use Pitchk under appropriate supervision. If you submit content or pay for a company, team, or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and authorize processing.
You must not impersonate another person, use an email account you are not authorized to access, or pay with an unauthorized method. We may request reasonable verification if authority or identity appears inconsistent.
5. Account and login code
Protected functions use an email address and a single-use six-digit code. You are responsible for securing your email account and device and for not sharing the code. Delivery of a code proves access to the account only; it does not establish ownership of a project or file.
Codes may expire, resend attempts may be limited, and suspicious sessions may be terminated for security. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for consequences caused by your delay in protecting access to your email.
6. Nature of the service
Pitchk analyzes investor decks, accelerator and Demo Day decks, and selected documents adjacent to the startup journey. The process first checks readability and document type, then applies a framework appropriate to the file purpose and project stage. It may reject unreadable or unrelated material rather than produce a misleading score.
A full analysis may include investment-readiness dimensions, an evidence ledger, slide review, likely questions, and a revision plan as supported by the file. If a suitable video is attached, delivery is evaluated separately and does not automatically merge into the deck score.
Pitchk does not promise that every file will receive a full scorecard or identical report. The document type and quality of evidence determine the route and result.
7. File preflight and classification
The platform may classify a file as an investor deck, accelerator deck, company profile, sales deck, partnership proposal, report, résumé, unrelated material, or unreadable file. Classification is part of the service and is not a legal certification of the document.
If a file is adjacent to an investor deck but incomplete, we may offer a capped conversion review after confirmation. If you accept that route, the report is tailored to the displayed review type and you cannot later treat it as a purchased full investor-deck analysis.
8. Order and price
Before confirmation, the platform displays the service type, chosen file, whether a video is included, total price, and any applicable tax. Review these details and correct the project or file before processing begins.
The current price is SAR 60 for a first full analysis and SAR 30 for reanalysis of the same project. Pitchk may change future prices, but a change does not alter an order already paid and confirmed before the new price takes effect.
9. Payment and verification
Once enabled, payment is processed by a suitable or licensed provider. A browser return to a success page does not by itself prove payment; our server must verify the transaction status and reference before treating the service as paid or beginning fulfilment.
You authorize collection of the amount displayed at confirmation. Never send Pitchk a full card number, security code, or bank OTP. For a duplicate or disputed debit, contact us using the transaction reference rather than sensitive financial information.
10. Processing start and immediate performance
The customized service begins after payment verification and file-processing consent. Once the job enters analysis, resources are committed to your file and the non-refundable rule in the Refund Policy applies, subject to its technical and mandatory-law exceptions.
If payment remains pending or analysis has not started, do not assume you must pay again. Check the order state or contact us with the transaction reference so that we can verify it and prevent duplication.
11. Delivery and report access
Product timing is an estimate and may vary with file size and type, optional video, source quality, service demand, and provider incidents. We do not guarantee completion to the minute unless a separate express commitment says so.
The result appears in the browser after completion. The cloud result is temporary rather than a permanent archive, so you are responsible for retaining an important copy. If processing fails, we first attempt safe completion or retry before deciding refund eligibility.
12. Ownership of customer content
You or the original owner retain ownership of the deck, video, logo, and project information. Upload does not transfer ownership to Pitchk. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license for the necessary period to host temporarily, read, convert, classify, analyze, display the result, secure the service, and support your request.
The license ends when the purpose and retention period end, except for records required for a transaction, legal duty, or protection of rights. It does not permit us to publish your deck, show it to investors, or use your brand in marketing without separate permission.
13. Your promises about submitted content
You represent that you own the content or hold sufficient permission to submit and process it, and that submission does not breach confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, or contract. You are responsible for removing or minimizing personal or sensitive information that the analysis does not need.
Where a file contains information about employees, customers, investors, or others, you are responsible for an appropriate basis to share it. Do not use Pitchk as an official-document vault and do not upload passports, identity documents, card data, or medical records unless a function expressly requires them; standard deck analysis does not.
14. Prohibited use
Use Pitchk for lawful purposes consistent with the service. We may stop a job or account where use creates unreasonable security, legal, or operational risk.
- Uploading malware or files intended to disrupt, exploit, or compromise systems.
- Attempting to extract internal instructions or secrets or bypass security and usage controls.
- Sending abusive automated traffic or evading quotas, account controls, or payment.
- Using output to deceive investors, fabricate evidence, or claim that Pitchk certified your numbers.
- Violating third-party rights or processing a confidential project without authority.
- Reselling the platform, scraping the framework, or reverse-engineering it to build a competing service.
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, or unlawfully discriminatory activity.
15. Pitchk intellectual property and report license
The platform, software, visual identity, report structure, evaluation framework, quality rules, and original content belong to Pitchk or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the system or provide access to code, confidential criteria, or provider configuration.
Pitchk grants you a personal or internal license to use your report and share it with your team, advisers, and prospective investors for the project. You may not sell it as a general product, remove attribution and present the automated method as your own, or use it to train or operate a competing service without written permission.
16. Operational confidentiality
We treat your file as private content within the operational limits of the service and Privacy Policy. Necessary systems and providers may process it. Upload does not create a professionally privileged relationship equivalent to lawyer-client confidentiality.
If your file is subject to an NDA that prohibits cloud providers, international processing, or automated analysis, review that obligation before upload. Do not submit material your contract does not allow to be processed in this way.
17. Third-party services and links
Functions may depend on authentication, hosting, processing, email, and payment providers. Their operation is governed by arrangements with Pitchk and, for direct interfaces, may also involve their own terms. We do not control an independent external website reached through a general link.
A provider logo or link is not an endorsement of every service it offers. If a provider incident affects Pitchk, we make reasonable efforts to restore service or provide an appropriate path, but timing and functionality may be outside our direct control.
18. Report limitations and no investment guarantee
A report is based on the file and information supplied at analysis time. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated inputs can affect the result. Pitchk does not audit company books, contact customers, or independently verify every external claim unless evidence is available within the file or an approved source function.
The output is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, valuation, or investment advice. It does not guarantee funding, accelerator acceptance, round success, or an investor decision. Investors apply different mandates and may reasonably reach a different view.
You remain responsible for business decisions, deck changes, and investor communication. Use a licensed adviser where the decision requires one.
19. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim for a reliable service but may pause it for maintenance, protection, framework updates, or an incident. Features and file limits may change to improve reliability or meet provider and legal requirements.
If a material change affects an already-paid order, we will seek to deliver the agreed service or provide an appropriate remedy. We do not promise that an old interface or report version will remain available indefinitely.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account or job to protect the user or service, investigate fraud, respond to a competent request, prevent abuse, or address a material breach. We seek to explain the reason where doing so is possible and does not compromise security or an investigation.
You may stop using Pitchk and sign out at any time. Stopping does not cancel a fee for processing that has begun or remove rights and duties arising earlier. Provisions that by nature survive—such as ownership, restrictions, liability, and disputes—continue as appropriate.
21. Cancellation and refunds
The published Refund Policy forms part of the agreement. The approved rule is that customized analysis is non-refundable after processing begins, with exceptions for duplicate debit, no processing or benefit where law requires cancellation, failure to deliver, an unusable report that cannot be repaired, and any other mandatory right.
Disagreement with a score or finding is not a technical defect or evidence that the service was not delivered. If you confirmed the wrong or incomplete file, the usual remedy after processing begins is a new analysis rather than a refund of the first one.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, with reasonable care applied to framework operation and quality checks. We do not warrant that every function will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every file will be readable, or that the report will satisfy an undisclosed special purpose.
Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that law does not allow us to exclude, or liability imposed for fraud, gross fault, or another matter that cannot lawfully be waived.
23. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pitchk is not liable for loss of expected investment, profit, opportunity, reputation, or data arising from a business decision made solely from the report, inaccurate information you supplied, or unauthorized access caused by disclosure of your login code or device.
Where liability is established for a claim directly connected to a paid service, assessment should reflect the direct loss, amount paid, nature of the service, and limits permitted by law. A limit does not apply where legally prohibited and does not remove an eligible refund or mandatory consumer right.
24. Responsibility for customer breach
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable claims arising from content you had no right to submit, intentional infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or prohibited use. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and allow appropriate participation in the response.
This clause does not make you responsible for Pitchk's independent fault or for a compliant use that you could not reasonably know was unlawful.
25. Events outside reasonable control
Delay caused by an event outside reasonable control—such as a broad infrastructure outage, disaster, government action, major attack, or critical provider failure—is not intentional non-performance. We will seek to mitigate the impact, communicate a material delay, and provide any remedy required by law.
26. Notices and communication
We may send operational or legal notices to the account email or display them prominently in the platform. You are responsible for maintaining and checking a valid email. Formal requests to us should use the published support channel and must not include sensitive card data or login codes.
27. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We ask that you contact support first to give both sides a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve a dispute; this does not restrict access to a competent authority or a statutory complaint route.
Competent Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction over an unresolved dispute, subject to applicable jurisdiction rules and consumer rights.
28. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be interpreted or removed only to the minimum necessary and the rest remains effective. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement or account without consent; we may transfer operations in a reorganization or business sale while preserving your rights and providing required notice.
These Terms, the policies, and the order summary form the complete agreement for the relevant service, and no undocumented oral promise applies. Arabic and English are intended to be substantively equivalent and interpreted to preserve mandatory rights. Any future designation of a controlling version will be stated clearly after legal review.
